If you use Yobist as a job seeker:
You must provide truthful and accurate resume and profile information
You are responsible for the content you upload
You agree that employers may view your profile and contact you
Yobist does not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Harvest or scrape data without permission
Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., resumes, job postings)
By submitting content, you grant Yobist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the Services
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Yobist may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
Job placement or hiring outcomes
Accuracy of job listings or candidate information
Continuous or error-free operation of the platform
